Shipping + Returns

At Settlers we choose to ship via Australia Post and DHL so we know that every parcel is handled with care and delivered to your door in a traceable form.

  • Upon your order being processed a tracking number will be sent with your invoice/order fulfilment confirmation to enable you to track the status of your order.

  • Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day. However, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Delivery times vary between locations.

** Please Note: Australia Post and DHL are experiencing delays in parcel delivery due to reduced flights, social distancing protocol and increased demand. **

Please use the tracking number provided in your fulfilment confirmation email to stay up-to-date on your parcel’s progress. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    - Melbourne - 3 to 4 business days

    - Canberra - 3 to 4 business days

    - Sydney, Newcastle - 4 business days

    - Adelaide - 5 to 6 business days

    - Hobart & Launceston - 5 to 6 business days

    - Perth to Mandurah - 5 to 6 business days

    - Major regional - 5 to 7 business days

    - Remote & country areas please allow up to 10 business days.

    1-2 business days.

    *Please note that due to COVID-19, Australia Post has advised “Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.”

  • Please note, our international orders are currently suspended due to COVID-19 shipping delays and expenses.

  • Sometimes post can go astray. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please don't hesitate to contact us at admin@panteros.com.au with your tracking number and we will assist you in tracking your parcel down.

  • The team at Settlers are committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, follow these simple instructions to make a claim for a refund or product replacement:

    - Take note of your order number

    - Email admin@panteros.com.au within 30 days of receipt and provide your order number and details.

    - Choose between a refund or product replacement.

    If an item is defective or damaged during shipping this must be reported within 5 working days of receipt so we can work with you to quickly resolve the issue. Please provide a photo of the damaged item. Once we’ve received the claim details we’ll contact you and issue your exchange or refund.

    This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
