1.The Promoter:

The promoter is Settlers Products, Panteros Trading Pty Ltd (ABN: 23 627 698 579), located at 104 Mount Luke Road, Mount Luke QLD 4352. Email: admin@panteros.com.au. This promotion is run from Queensland, Australia.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion commences at 12:00pm AEST on November 17 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on November 26 2025 (Promotion Period). Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility:

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older only.

• Excludes employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated companies, or agencies involved in the promotion.

• By entering, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate.

4. How to Enter:

• Automatic Entry (Purchase Required): For each eligible item purchased online from www.settlersproducts.com during the Promotion Period, you receive 1 automatic entry. Purchases must be completed and paid in full (excluding refunds and cancellations). Entry is tied to the purchaser’s email used at checkout.

• Bonus Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Email a scanned photo/photocopy of a valid receipt proving purchase of any Settlers product from an authorised Australian retailer (online or in-store) during the Promotion Period to admin@panteros.com.au. Include your full name, email, phone number and state of residence in the email subject line (e.g. “Bonus Entry - John Doe, QLD”). Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on November 26, 2025.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Non-purchasing entrants can use the bonus entry method above by emailing a receipt or contacting admin@panteros.com.au for alternative verification if needed.

5. Prize Details:

• One (1) winner will receive $1500 AUD cash via direct bank transfer to an Australian bank account in the winner’s name.

• Total prize value: $1500 AUD (inclusive of GST).

• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods/services (except as stated).

• The Promoter is not responsible for any bank fees, delays, or errors in transfer once details are confirmed.

6. Draw and Winner Notification:

• The winner will be randomly drawn using a manual raffle drum on the Promoter’s official Facebook page (@SettlersProducts) at 12:00pm AEST on November 27, 2025 (Draw Time). The draw will be live-streamed for transparency.

• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw using the contact details provided in their entry.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize and provide verification (e.g. proof of age, ID, and Australian address). Unresponded prizes may be redrawn.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Delivery:

• After winner verification (clause 6), the winner must provide valid Australian bank account details (BSB, account number, account name) via return email within 48 hours.

• Upon receipt of correct details, the $1500 cash prize will be transferred via EFT within 7 days of winner announcement.

• The winner is responsible for ensuring bank details are accurate. Incorrect details may delay payment or require a redraw.

• The Promoter will provide a remittance confirmation via email once the transfer is initiated.

• The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with the prize (though unlikely).

8. Publication of Winners:

• The winner’s full name and state/territory of residence will be published on the Promoter’s website (www.settlersproducts.com) and social media pages within 7 days of the draw.

• Winners consent to this publication as a condition of entry.

9. Unclaimed Prizes:

If the prize remains unclaimed after 48 hours from the draw date (or the winner is ineligible/uncontactable), it will be redrawn at 12:00pm AEST on 4 December 2025 at the Promoter’s Queensland address. The new winner will be notified and published as per clauses 6 and 8.

10. Privacy and Data Collection:

• The Promoter collects personal information (e.g. name, email, phone, address) to administer the promotion, notify winners and deliver prizes. This information may also be used for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletters) if you opt-in during entry.

• By entering, you consent to this collection and use in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.settlersproducts.com.au/privacy-policy). You can access, correct, or opt-out of marketing at any time.

• Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for prize delivery. See the Australian Privacy Principles for more details.

11. General Conditions:

• The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform.

• Entrants agree to release the Promoter from any liability for claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages arising from promotion or prize (except where prohibited by law).

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants for tampering/fraud, or cancel/amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control (e.g. technical issues, force majeure) arise, with notice where possible.

• This promotion complies with Queensland’s Category 4 promotional games rules and the ACL. It is void where prohibited by law.

• These T&Cs are governed by Queensland law. Disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
